2. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We do not profile visitors and do not share data with advertising networks.

We only set one strictly necessary, functional cookie named "lang_pref". It stores your preferred language so the site can show the correct language version on your next visit. It contains no personal identifier and is not used for tracking. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / FADP).

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process the data you enter, your name, email address, and message, in order to receive and respond to your inquiry.

The submitted data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a separate database on this website. We keep the resulting email correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by law.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR for EU visitors; the Swiss FADP applies for Switzerland).

4. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you use the form, Turnstile processes technical information (such as your IP address and browser data) to verify that the request is made by a human.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / FADP). Cloudflare may process data outside your country.

5. Server logs and abuse prevention

When you send a message, your IP address is briefly processed to enforce rate limiting and prevent abuse of the form. Our hosting provider also processes standard server log data (such as IP address, date and time of the request, and browser type) to operate the website securely and reliably.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf as a data processor solely for the purpose of operating this website.
